Structured Swim Programs for All Ages & Abilities

At Blue Aquafit LLC, we believe that everyone—regardless of age or background—should have access to high-quality swimming education. That’s why we offer a progressive 8-level swimming curriculum, designed to take beginners from their first splash to competitive swim readiness.

Every level is carefully structured with clear learning objectives, certified instructor guidance, and a safe, fun environment.

AQUA1 – Beginner Water Confidence & Foundations

Ideal for: Toddlers, young beginners, and nervous swimmers

This level introduces complete beginners to the water with gentle, engaging lessons. Focus is placed on water confidence, basic movements, and following pool rules.

Key Learning Milestones:

  • Safe entry/exit from the pool

  • Bubble blowing & face submersion

  • Assisted front & back floats

  • Rotations using noodle/float

  • Travel 3–5m on front/back (with support)

  • Water safety rules and instructor instructions

🎯 Outcome: Swimmers gain comfort and trust in water, preparing for independent movement.

AQUA2 – Building Confidence & Independent Movement

Ideal for: Swimmers who are confident with water exposure

AQUA2 focuses on developing independent control in shallow water. Emphasis is placed on body positioning, floating unaided, and basic propulsion.

Key Learning Milestones:

  • Front & back float (unaided for short durations)

  • Kicking across pool using floats

  • Streamlining & gliding

  • Travel 5–10m with reduced support

  • Beginner breath control techniques

  • Poolside safety & listening skills

🎯 Outcome: Children begin swimming short distances on their own and follow instructor-led routines confidently.

AQUA3 – Stroke Development & Endurance

Ideal for: Swimmers ready to build technique and strength

In this level, swimmers start developing formal swimming strokes. Focus areas include stroke fundamentals, controlled breathing, and increased swim endurance.

Key Learning Milestones:

  • Introduction to freestyle and backstroke

  • Rhythmic breathing techniques

  • Streamlined body positions

  • Swim 15m+ confidently

  • Floating transitions & kicking drills

  • Basic treading in deep water

🎯 Outcome: Solid foundation for proper strokes and stamina.

AQUA4 – Technique & Endurance Development

Ideal for: Intermediate swimmers progressing to deeper water

AQUA4 refines earlier techniques and introduces more advanced stroke work, deep-water confidence, and increased physical stamina.

Key Learning Milestones:

  • Improved stroke techniques

  • Treading water for 30 seconds

  • Swim 25m unassisted with proper form

  • Deep water entries & safe surface recovery

  • Streamline push-offs

  • Begin bilateral breathing

🎯 Outcome: Prepares swimmers for endurance-based sessions and full-stroke execution.

AQUA5 – Stroke Proficiency & Water Safety Mastery

Ideal for: Strong swimmers looking to master all strokes

Swimmers learn to swim with precision and efficiency across all four major strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly (intro). Water safety practices are also reinforced.

Key Learning Milestones:

  • Mastery of freestyle/backstroke

  • Introduction to breaststroke and butterfly kicks

  • Swim 50m–75m nonstop

  • Somersault turns & underwater push-offs

  • Rescue drills & emergency floatation

  • Tread water for 1 minute+

🎯 Outcome: Swimmers are fully confident in stroke use and safety in all water conditions

Silver Level – Stroke Refinement & Skill Expansion

Ideal for: Pre-competitive swimmers

This advanced level focuses on stroke efficiency, distance endurance, and competition-readiness.

Key Learning Milestones:

  • Swim up to 100m without breaks

  • Focused technique drills for all 4 strokes

  • Timed laps with start and turn practice

  • Introduction to pace awareness

  • Endurance-based routines (sets & reps)

🎯 Outcome: Ready to advance to elite swim squad or Gold Level.

Gold Level – Competitive Preparation

Ideal for: Swimmers preparing for competition or squad participation

At this level, swimmers undergo intense training that mirrors competitive standards. High-level technique, speed, and race-prep are the main focus areas.

Key Learning Milestones:

  • Competitive starts & turns

  • Sprint and long-distance conditioning

  • Swim drills under time constraints

  • Stroke performance under fatigue

  • Goal setting & performance tracking

Swim Squad – Elite Swim Coaching & Competition Track

Ideal for: Advanced swimmers or teens targeting elite competition

Swim Squad is our most advanced offering. It’s a coach-led, goal-oriented group program focusing on competitive performance, teamwork, and physical conditioning.

Key Elements:

  • Swim meets & competition participation
